The new state-of-the-art Ripken STEM Center at Katherine Johnson Global Academy is bringing excitement and hands-on learning to students! Thanks to an incredible partnership between the University of Maryland Medical System and the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation, young students can dive into STEM activities, from coding to circuitry. With the new STEM Center, students explore science and engineering concepts in ways that spark curiosity and creativity, inspiring them to dream big and see themselves as future scientists, engineers, and innovators! 

This addition reflects City Schools' dedication to preparing students for a bright future, whether they pursue higher education or a family-sustaining career. Partnerships like these are vital in giving students early exposure to high-demand skills, building their confidence in STEM, and opening doors to exciting opportunities.
